Mark & Corissa

Mark and Cori were married on Saturday, May 31st.  Their ceremony was at Zion Lutheran in Anoka.  They have a beautiful sanctuary with warm colors.  After the service Mark and Cori did a butterfly release...how cool is that??!!  Then we headed to their reception at Bunker Hills golf course in Coon Rapids.  Unfortunately, it was raining when we got there but just our luck the sun popped out for a while after the downpour and it provided us with gorgeous photos on the golf course.  We even had a rainbow in the photos....it doesn't get much better than that!

Andy & Lindsey

Andy and Lindsey were married on Friday, May 30th.  The ceremony was held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton's church and the reception was at the Little Log House village.  Both venue's were in Hastings, Minnesota and both were beautiful locations.  Have I said how much I love my job lately?  Andy and Lindsey were so fun and just a ball to be with.  Their bridal party had me laughing the whole day and I felt like I was part of the gang!  Thanks for letting me be a part of your special day!!

Ben & Jessica

Ben and Jessica have been together since they were sophomore's at Hutchinson high school. Over the last 5 years they have been hundreds of miles apart while Ben went to Boyce college for Ministry and Jess was in Madison going towards her nursing degree.  One thing has not changed, is their love for each other.  They celebrated today at Hunter's Ridge Community Church in Hutchinson and a dinner reception at the Best Western Victorian Inn.  Jess and Ben included so many great ideas and details into their wedding, such as a scrapbook guestbook and a tree with photos of them on it.  Tomorrow morning they'll head up to relax for a few days in Duluth before they move to Madison so Jess can finish Nursing school!!!

Mike & Alice

For Mike and Alice's engagement session we went to Minnehaha Falls.  It was my first time there this year and the weather really could not have better!!  We took photos around sunset and it was just perfect all around.  I couldn't even bear putting any of the photos in black and white (which I normally love B&W) because the colors tonight were so beautiful.  Mike & Alice were really eager to take photos in the water, which I LOVED!   The water photos are always so much fun.  Thanks for spending the evening with me guys, I look forward to your wedding next year!

TJ & Sarah

TJ and Sarah were married on Friday May 16th.  I think it was the warmest day of 2008 so far! It was a beautiful 78 degrees outside.   The wedding took place at Northwestern College in Roseville, MN.  I was married there myself almost 3 years ago and it was fun to go back to do a wedding there.  TJ and Sarah's daughter Ari was a flower girl in the wedding and she was just the cutest thing around.   We all know that when you attend a wedding people clink the glasses non-stop.  Well TJ mixed it up a little bit and gave his daughter a kiss (last picture) instead of his wife.  It was just about the sweetest thing ever.  Ari was also a huge part of the dance.  She wanted in on all the first dances and then shook her touche all night long!

Aaron & Emma

Aaron and Emma met while in college both going for their Psychology degrees.  They decided together that they really wanted an urban feel to their engagement pictures.  I was so excited when they decided to go to St. Paul for their session.  I usually go to Minneapolis and this was a really nice change of pace.  There are so many undiscovered little nooks and crannies in this great city!   Best of all Aaron and Emma were truly up for anything.  As you can see in the last photo they jumped into the fountain in Rice park in front of MANY onlookers :)
