Judy & Nick chose to do their photos in Minneapolis. It worked out perfectly because Nick and Judy both work in downtown Minneapolis. We had a great time yesterday cruising all around the CD and this couple was up for anything! We had a little bunny that scared the bejeje's out of us. He flew out of a hole by a stone wall we were standing by. Definitely got Judy and my heart pumping for the day...ha! Looking forward to your wedding next year guys!
Benji and Kori love the outdoors, so we couldn't think of a better place than Minnehaha Falls to take photos. Although the falls were not running when we were there we had some great photo opportunities in the creek. We got to climb all over the rocks since there wasn't much water and it made for some fabulous backdrops. Benji and Kori are such a fun loving couple and I had a great time with them yesterday!
Not only are Matt and Jill a gorgeous looking couple...they are absolutely a blast to work with. I had so much fun with them this afternoon down in Minneapolis for their engagement session! We went to a few new spots that I've been wanting to try out and the photos turned out fabulous! Thanks guys for a great session and can't wait for your wedding next May!
All I can say is Anton is SOOO cute! We had a lot of fun this morning exploring my studio together...while taking photos of course! Anton just turned a year old and this session was to focus on their little man. I last photographed Anton this summer with his sister Emma. I can't believe how much he's changed over the last 3 months! Thanks for driving up all the way from Rochester, it was a pleasure, as always!
Ryan and Jennifer are planning a weekend extravaganza for their guests, most of which live out of state for their wedding next September. Jenny is definitely the person to plan a great wedding, since her job is to plan events! Ryan and Jenny will be having their wedding in downtown Minneapolis. Their focus is to show their friends and family what a great city Minneapolis is. So they'll have special events planned all weekend and end with a bang..their wedding! To get in the spirit of their wedding they wanted to get pics around Minneapolis to send out on their save the dates! Jenny & Ryan were troupers today because it was freezing outside! But as you can see you wouldn't know...they look fabulous :)
Morgan is a spirited little 2 year old. Mom Wendy and I definitely had our work cut out for us today! But in the end we got some great images. I think my favorite of the bunch is the last photo. It's totally Morgan...a girly, girl :)
Kate and Erik had me over this afternoon to take some family photos of their son Ben. We had a great time at a park behind their home in Plymouth. The paths here were GORGEOUS! I'm so glad that Kate suggested it because it was golden!
Elliot's family is friends with Misty, so when she told them I was coming down to Mankato for the day they decided to jump on the fall session bandwagon as well! I'm so glad because Elliot is such a cutie and I had a great time at the park with him and mom Anna and dad Kyle. Elliot is a little explorer! He love to push my chairs all around and run back and forth between mom and I! It was so great to meet you guys and I hope to see you again soon!!
This weekend I headed down to Mankato for a few family sessions. My first session was with Misty, a good friend of mine, and her adorable family! It was a gorgeous day and we traveled to Sibley Park and then to the University of Minnesota Mankato (where daddy Kevin works) for a few last photos. I can hardly stand how cute Lauren looks in her little red riding hood cape!
Matt and Jessica had the perfect morning for photos! We went to Minnehaha Falls today and the leaves were just amazing. I've been doing quite a few shoots here the past week and it's been great because the colors are peaking and they look absolutely stunning in photos....especially when you have two great looking people like Matt & Jess. They look great together and worked beautifully in front of the camera!
